Grilling 101

Join pitmaster Ed Gaile and learn how to manage your grill and make a delicious meal on the grill for your family and friends.

Ed will be teaching on a gas grill, a Weber kettle grill, and  Kamado Joe ceramic smoker/grill. He will cover everything from starting the grill, managing the heat, to meat selection and cooking techniques.

The menu will consist of perfectly cooked steak, chicken, veggies, and even dessert!
