We are a made to order business. We need 1 to 2 days to give Ed time to shop and cook. Please know we will always do the best we can to accommodate your request! However, we will also be honest if we can’t fulfill your order in the timeframe you require.
Please note: We send out emails when Ed is firing up the smokers. We send out specific menu items he is cooking and a deadline for orders. PULLED PORK ($15/lb)
- Slow smoked over a mix of cherry and pecan wood for 12 hours.
PULLED PORK PACKAGE ($100)
- One pork shoulder smoked and pulled, which yields 20 – 24 sandwiches depending on serving sizes. Includes buns and homemade sauces (Memphis and Vinegar available).
BACON ($12/lb)
- Maple syrup/brown sugar cured and smoked over apple wood.
RIBS ($24/slab)
- Full slab is generally 12 – 13 bones.
PORK TENDERLOIN (2 for $24)
- Seasoned with kosher salt and a 4 peppercorn blend, finished with garlic butter.
WHOLE HOG (Inquire for price)
- Either Cuban mojo style or traditional slow smoked.
